As a Career Manager, you will be responsible for the entire delivery process; from requirement profiles, search, interviews, candidate presentations, placements, and finally follow-up. To find the right employees, we work almost exclusively with search. This is fun and challenging, which you must also enjoy. We also work to, in dialogue with candidates in IT and Tech, find the next right employer in their careers. The candidate simply outsources their job search to us.

You will for example:

• Plan and drive your recruitment processes from start to finish
• Maintain candidate and client relationships through close collaboration and relationship building
• Identify new needs with existing clients and contribute to improving our processes
• Follow up ongoing deliveries with clients and consultants to ensure well-being, development, and a good work environment

• Have experience in recruitment within IT/Tech/Engineering
• Master English and Swedish in speech and writing
• Are passionate about meeting people and are good at building relationships
• Enjoy working with results and driving things to completion
• Are used to working with digital tools

• A flexible and developing workplace with competent and helpful colleagues
• Health care 5 days/week
